Job Overview:
USAM Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling customer coordination, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and updates
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery
- Prepare sales reports and MIS reports
- Assist in resolving customer queries
- Support the sales team to achieve targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong follow-up skills
- Customer handling skills
- Good organizational ability
- Attention to detail
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Support / Backend Sales
