Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Executive responsible for acquiring and onboarding D2C brands engaged in international shipping. The candidate will focus on identifying high-potential exporters, pitching our logistics solutions, and converting leads into active shipping clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with D2C brands exporting internationally through online research, databases, and inbound leads.
- Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and pitch ShipGlobal’s international shipping solutions.
- Conduct product/service demos and explain pricing, delivery timelines, and benefits.
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account activation.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to convert prospects into active shippers.
- Coordinate with operations and key account teams for a seamless client experience.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, conversations, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition, onboarding, and revenue generation.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in onboarding D2C brands.
- Preferably from logistics, eCommerce, SaaS, or international shipping industries.
- Strong understanding of D2C brands and cross-border eCommerce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and online lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹12,239.26 - ₹50,000.00 per month
