Job Summary
Shiv Krishna Indane Gas Sewa is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to assist our LPG customers over phone. The candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries, guiding customers regarding LPG services, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Guide customers regarding:
- LPG Refill Booking (Missed Call, WhatsApp, IVRS, Mobile App, Online)
- eKYC process and Aadhaar linking
- LPG leak complaints and emergency safety guidance
- Delivery status and booking-related queries
- New LPG connection process
- PM Ujjwala Yojana information
- Mobile number update and customer profile correction
- Subsidy-related queries
- Safety inspection, hose pipe replacement, regulator and safety tips
- Assist customers in resolving common issues before they become complaints.
- Register customer feedback and maintain proper call records.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and eKYC.
- Coordinate with delivery staff and office personnel for timely customer support.
- Maintain a polite, patient, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English knowledge is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Mobile Apps).
- Ability to learn LPG distributor software and customer handling processes.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
