As we scale our outreach, we're looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to connect with prospective learners and guide them toward the right course for their investing journey.
The Opportunity
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals interested in learning how to invest and trade in the stock market. You'll understand their goals, address their doubts, and help them enroll in the Stock Pathshala course best suited to their needs playing a direct role in building financially literate investors.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to leads interested in stock market education and trading courses
● Understand each prospect's investing background, goals, and concerns to recommend the right course
● Clearly communicate course value, curriculum highlights, and outcomes to drive enrollments
● Handle objections professionally and build trust with prospects who may be new to investing
● Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
● Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM
● Conduct timely follow-ups with warm and interested leads to maximize conversions
● Stay current on stock market trends, SEBI regulations, and the competitive EdTech landscape to speak credibly with prospects
● Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to relay customer feedback and market insights
What We're Looking For
● 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar target-driven sales role (freshers & interns will not be considered)
● Strong knowledge of stock market trading and clear understanding of market
terminologies
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to explain financial
concepts simply
● Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and closing abilities
● A genuine interest in financial markets and investor education
● Comfort working with monthly targets and incentive-linked compensation
● Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office/Excel
Preferred Background:
● Prior experience in EdTech sales, financial services sales, or stock broking
(Dealer/RM/Telecaller roles)
● Exposure to consultative or education-based selling, where the goal is guiding a customer's decision rather than a one-time hard sell
