- POS Software Knowledge – Basic knowledge of POS billing, order punching and KOT handling.
- Food & Beverage Knowledge – Good understanding of food and beverage service.
- Basic Bartending Knowledge – Familiarity with basic cocktails, beverages and bar service preferred.
- Coffee Making – Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and service.
- Guest Handling – Should be confident in taking orders and handling guest requests professionally.
- Location Advantage – Candidates located near Chhatarpur will be preferred.
- Grooming & Hygiene – Clean, presentable and professionally groomed.
- Teamwork – Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
