Own the end-to-end integration, implementation, and operationalization of cutting-edge AI tools across our engineering and delivery workflows. You will evaluate, integrate, and scale tools like Claude Code, Manus, YourAtlas, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT/Codex, Gemini, and emerging agentic frameworks to accelerate how Qualitesoft ships software. Responsibilities: (1) Architect and implement integrations between AI tools and our codebases, CI/CD, ticketing, docs, and knowledge systems. (2) Build prompt libraries, agent workflows, and automations that materially reduce engineering and QA cycle time. (3) Pilot, benchmark, and roll out new AI tools across teams with clear ROI and adoption metrics. (4) Create internal playbooks, training, and guardrails for safe, effective AI tool usage. (5) Partner with engineering, QA, and delivery leads to embed AI-native workflows into day-to-day delivery. Requirements: hands-on production experience with Claude Code, Manus, YourAtlas, Cursor, and at least 3+ other modern AI coding/agent tools; proven track record shipping real projects built with AI coding tools (must share links); strong fundamentals in TypeScript/Python and modern web/cloud stacks; experience designing agentic workflows, MCP servers, or custom tool integrations; ability to evaluate models/tools objectively and communicate trade-offs; bias for action and shipping. Nice to have: experience with Lovable, n8n, LangGraph, or building internal AI platforms.
