Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will define and implement key metrics to manage the testing process, ensuring thorough test execution and effective defect resolution.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
