A Store and Purchase Executive manages the end-to-end procurement process and warehouse inventory. This role is vital for cost-efficiency, involving supplier negotiations, vendor management, purchasing operations, and ensuring optimal stock levels without causing shortages or overstock situations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & PurchasingSource, evaluate, and negotiate the best pricing, discounts, and terms with suppliers and vendors.Create, manage, and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in organizational databases.Monitor market trends and analyze costs to identify and achieve significant cost-saving opportunities.Store & Inventory ManagementOversee day-to-day warehouse or store operations, ensuring the accurate inward and outward movement of goods.Monitor stock levels daily, establish reorder points, and maintain minimum stock values to avoid production delays or stockouts.Perform regular physical stock counts, reconcile data against system records, and conduct periodic inventory audits.Logistics & Quality ControlCoordinate with vendors to track deliveries, ensuring materials arrive on time and match quality standards.Manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and handle discrepancies like damaged or missing items with suppliers.Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) storage protocols and ensure safety standards within the store.Cross-Departmental Coordination & ReportingLiaise with Production, Finance, Project, and Sales teams to forecast demand and understand material requirements.Maintain thorough documentation of invoices, contracts, and procurement report
