Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling
Welcome and attend customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
Explain product features, purity, making charges, diamond details, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting bridal, gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
Sales Activities
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new collections.
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products and accessories.
Product Knowledge
Maintain detailed knowledge of jewellery designs, collections, gemstones, and current trends.
Explain BIS hallmarking, certifications, and warranty details to customers.
Billing & Documentation
Coordinate billing and payment processes.
Assist in exchange, buyback, and order booking procedures.
Maintain customer records and sales entries.
Showroom Maintenance
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
Handle jewellery stock carefully and follow security procedures.
Support stock verification and inventory management.
Customer Relationship
Build long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and special occasions.
Handle customer queries professionally.

Basic computer and billing software knowledge
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience
Fresher or 1–5 years in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or showroom salesPreferred Candidate Profile
Experience in gold or diamond jewellery showroom
Pleasant personality and confidence
Ability to work on weekends and festivals
