Job Title: Purchase Manager – (Home Appliances & Electronics)
Location: Dwarka sector 10,New Delhi
Salary: ₹8–10 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Manager with expertise in home appliances, electronics, personal & beauty care, and pet care categories. The candidate will play a key role in vendor management, procurement planning, cost optimization, and ensuring timely product availability, while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across appliances, electronics, and related categories
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
- Manage direct purchasing and procurement planning
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Accounts) for smooth operations
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Drive new product development and global sourcing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
- Prepare reports and directly report to the CEO
Requirements
- Graduate (B.tech preferred but not mandatory)
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (Appliances/Electronics preferred)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
