Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Student Counselor to join our overseas education consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in study abroad counseling, strong student conversion skills, and the ability to guide students through their international education journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Conversions
- Counsel students for overseas education opportunities
- Guide students in selecting courses, universities, and study destinations
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Assist students with application and visa processes
Team Leadership
- Lead and support counseling and telecalling teams
- Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion performance
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews
- Ensure monthly targets and goals are achieved
Business Development
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates
- Coordinate with the marketing team for quality lead generation
- Maintain relationships with partner universities
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and student data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Ensure compliance with admission and visa procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in study abroad
- Mandatory experience in overseas education consultancy
- Proven track record in student conversion and revenue generation
- Strong knowledge of destinations such as UK, Ireland, Germany, or other major study destinations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Leadership and team management skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
