About the Role
We are a UK-based mortgage and insurance business looking for a reliable Remote Mortgage Admin Assistant to support daily back-office work. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin skills, good English communication, and attention to detail. Mortgage experience is helpful but not mandatory — training will be provided.
Preference will be given to candidates located near Muvattupuzha, Kerala for ease of communication and long-term coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and formatting mortgage documents
- Data entry into CRM and lender portals
- Email management and drafting professional replies
- Uploading documents to lender systems
- Checking bank statements, payslips, and client documents
- Organising client files (Google Drive / folders)
- Booking appointments and managing calendar
- Following checklists and compliance steps
- Basic spreadsheet and document work (Excel / Word)
Required Skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Stable internet connection and laptop
- Ability to work during UK business hours (at least partially)
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in admin, banking, finance, or documentation
- Understanding of mortgages or financial paperwork
- Previous virtual assistant or remote admin experience
