Job Purpose
To supervise workshop floor operations, ensure efficient technician utilization, maintain repair quality, and support timely vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop floor activities.
Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
Monitor repair progress and ensure quality standards.
Ensure adherence to OEM SOPs, safety norms, and workshop procedures.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding job cards and delivery commitments.
Monitor technician productivity and efficiency.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety on the workshop floor.
Identify repeat repairs and escalate technical issues.
Support warranty documentation and workshop audits.
Qualification & Experience
ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle workshop operations.
Experience in handling technicians and workshop coordination preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience for All Positions: Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz, Eicher, Mahindra Trucks & Buses, or other authorized commercial vehicle dealerships/workshops.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
