Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi, possess strong communication skills, and be able to resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions.
- Record customer interactions and update system records.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- 0–2 years in customer service, call center, or voice process preferred.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
