This role requires ownership across revenue, process excellence, people leadership, coaching, workforce planning, communication, and discipline.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience (1+ yr in operations team management or a leadership role)
- Must have own laptop
- Willing to work from office at Chaoni, Nagpur (Near Poonam Chambers)
- 6 days Work From Office: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
- Two daily office shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

- Regular call audits + CRM note audits; fixes root process gaps

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
