- Participate in end-to-end ORMB E3 implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB E3) modules.
- Design and develop billing, rating, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration with upstream and downstream applications.
- Develop and maintain business rules, algorithms, and batch processes.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
