JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify, source, and recruit skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour as per company manpower requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, agents, and local networks for bulk hiring and shift-based manpower
- Conduct screening, interviews, and document verification for labour candidates
- Maintain manpower records, joining reports, and attrition data
- Ensure timely deployment of workers to meet production and shift requirements
- Handle labour onboarding, basic induction, and compliance with company policies
- Support HR team in attendance tracking, replacements, and workforce planning
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Experience in labour / manpower recruitment (factory, textile, construction preferred)
- Strong network of labour suppliers, contractors, or local sources
- Basic knowledge of labour laws, ESI, PF, and wage structure
- Ability to meet bulk hiring targets within short timelines
EXPERIENCE:
- 1–5 years in manpower or labour recruitment
