We’re looking for a Project & Business Development Senior Executive to join our growing team full-time in-office role in Andheri, Mumbai.

Who We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of work experience (agency experience in content production is mandatory)
- Someone highly organised and disciplined with timelines and follow-ups
- Comfortable speaking to clients and building professional relationships
- Willing to take initiative and handle ownership
- A team player who wants to eventually grow into a leadership role
What You’ll Work On:
- Creative understanding of Content
- Curation of films & designs
- Proficient in Designing powerpoint/ Google Slides decks
- Managing project timelines across design, video, and content teams
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Following up with clients for feedback, approvals, and payments
- Tracking leads and maintaining a structured sales pipeline
- Proposal creation and pitch deck preparation
- Supporting business outreach and partnership conversations
- Helping streamline internal processes and workflows
Skills & Tools Needed:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of marketing, branding, or creative services
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking
- Confidence in handling calls and meetings
