Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, payments, and expense records.
- Track accounts payable and receivable and follow up on payments when required.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain organized financial statements.
- Maintain records for GST, TDS, and coordinate with the company’s CA for compliance and tax filings.
- Monitor and record office expenses and budgets.
- Maintain office documents, contracts, and financial records in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance records, documentation, and basic payroll coordination.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and general office operations.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office administration and financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or office administration.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software such as Tally.
