Designation: Junior Engineer - Project
Job Overview:
As a Water Treatment Junior Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of water treatment projects. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
Assist in the development of project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Design Support:
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed designs for water treatment systems, including processes such as filtration, chemical treatment, and disinfection.
3. Technical Analysis:
Conduct technical analyses and calculations to support project design and decision-making.
4. Documentation:
Prepare project documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
5. Procurement Support:
Assist in the procurement process by preparing requests for quotations, evaluating vendor proposals, and selecting equipment and materials.
6. Construction Oversight:
Support construction activities by coordinating with contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
7. Testing and Commissioning:
Assist in the testing, commissioning, and startup of water treatment systems, including performance testing and optimization.
8. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that projects comply with relevant regulations, permits, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
· Knowledge of water treatment principles, processes, and technologies.
· Familiarity with engineering software tools such as AutoCAD and Creo or any 3D modelling software.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
· Willingness to travel to project sites and work in various environmental conditions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹786,968.56 per month
