Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and confident Hostess for our fine dining restaurant. The candidate should have good communication skills, a welcoming personality, and basic knowledge of restaurant guest handling and front office operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and guest seating smoothly
- Maintain waiting list and coordinate table availability with service team
- Assist guests with restaurant information and basic queries
- Ensure guest satisfaction and provide a positive dining experience
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Handle front desk and reception duties politely and efficiently
Requirements
- Hotel Management background preferred
- Knowledge of Front Office and Guest Relations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with professional attitude
- Basic understanding of fine dining etiquette
- Ability to handle guests confidently and politely
- Previous hostess or hospitality experience is an advantage

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
