Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to drive admissions, institutional partnerships, and business development for Winnovation's Education & Training programs. The role requires extensive field visits to colleges, universities, training institutes, schools, industry partners, and corporate organizations to promote Winnovation's education ecosystem and career-focused programs.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Institution Engagement
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, educational institutions, and training centers.
- Conduct presentations and seminars for students, faculty members, and management teams.
- Promote Winnovation's Train-to-Hire programs, technology labs, entrepreneurship initiatives, and employability solutions.
- Identify opportunities for MoUs, academic collaborations, and industry partnership programs.
Student Admissions & Lead Conversion
- Generate admissions leads through field visits, educational events, seminars, workshops, and referrals.
- Counsel students regarding career pathways, skill development programs, and placement-oriented training.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to maximize enrollment conversions.
- Maintain a healthy admissions pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in the education ecosystem.
- Build relationships with placement cells, training & placement officers, principals, directors, and university leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute awareness campaigns and enrollment drives.
- Participate in education fairs, career guidance events, and networking programs.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Submit daily field visit reports and weekly sales performance updates.
- Track sales funnel metrics and ensure timely follow-up activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech, Education, Training, Skill Development, Academic Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in field sales and direct customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Mandatory Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
✅ Must own a personal vehicle (Two-Wheeler or Four-Wheeler) and possess a valid driving license.
✅ Comfortable with extensive travel and daily field visits.
✅ Willingness to meet educational institutions, students, corporate partners, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
