About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This role is designed for a proactive professional who excels at turning inquiries into engagements and ensuring those clients receive seamless operational support. You will be the primary point of contact for business growth, managing the sales pipeline while maintaining the organizational backbone of our client workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Lead Conversion: Handle incoming leads professionally to convert interest into active service engagements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with prospective clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential NRI clients for tax and compliance services.
- CRM Excellence: Update and manage CRM systems to track lead progress, documentation, and conversion metrics.
- Outreach & Growth: Support sales initiatives and coordinate with marketing teams to drive client acquisition.
- Proposals & Onboarding: Prepare service proposals and onboarding documentation for new clients.
- Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to the existing client base.
Operations & Workflow Coordination
- Team Liaison: Act as the critical bridge between clients and the tax team to ensure timely execution of services.
- Document Management: Assist clients in organizing and submitting the necessary documentation for tax filings.
- Status Tracking: Provide regular updates to clients regarding their filing status and project timelines.
- Administrative Support: Manage team calendars, schedule consultations, and handle day-to-day operational activities.
- Process Improvement: Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure a seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in sales support, operations, or client-facing administration.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong understanding of lead management, relationship building, and sales pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships confidently.
- Organization: Superior multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and digital communication platforms.
- Mindset: A problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
