We are looking for a high-energy, passionate Business Development Associate to help us expand our network across educational institutions and corporate spaces. In this role, your mission is to open doors. You will connect with school leaders, HR heads, and community spaces to introduce our support systems. We don't care about a fancy degree or years of corporate sales experience. What we do care about is grit, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for mental health and inclusive education. If you love talking to people, handling rejection with a smile, and want to sell something that actually makes the world a better place, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
● Outbound Prospecting: Research and map out target K-12 schools, educational trusts, and companies in the region.
● Cold Outreach & Door-Opening: Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and drop-ins to secure initial meetings with School Principals, Trustees, or HR Leads.
● Presenting the Vision: Pitch our support setups (like school inclusion programs and mental health training) confidently and clearly, focusing on how we solve their everyday challenges.
● Relationship Management: Follow up consistently with leads, address their questions, and guide them smoothly from initial chat to a signed partnership
● On-Ground Coordination: Attend educational events, networking meetups, and conferences to represent the brand and gather warm leads.
● Team Alignment: Work closely with our internal counseling and operations teams to make sure what we promise to a partner matches what we deliver on the ground.
Who You Are (Requirements)
● Experience Level: Open to Freshers or individuals with 0–2 years of experience. If you have done college festival marketing, public speaking, or NGO volunteer work, that’s a huge plus!
● Background: Any educational background (Arts, Science, Commerce, Psychology, etc.). No BBA/MBA required. A basic understanding or strong interest in psychology and mental health is highly valued.
● Communication Skills: You must be highly articulate, warm, and confident when speaking to senior professionals like school principals or corporate managers.
● The Sales Mindset: Rejection doesn't phase you. You view "no" as just a step closer to a "yes." You are self-motivated and hungry to hit targets.
● Location: Based in or willing to commute within Bengaluru for on-ground school and corporate visits.
What We Offer
● A friendly, collaborative workspace built on empathy and growth.
● Hands-on mentoring to help you master consultative B2B sales from scratch.
● A base salary with performance-linked incentives—the harder you work, the more you earn.
● The chance to create a real, measurable impact in the mental health space.
