Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Auditing: Verify that all operations comply with relevant regulatory bodies (such as OSHA or EPA standards) and maintain accurate documentation. [1, 2]
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential workplace hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend corrective control measures. [1]
- Training & Education: Organize and deliver safety programs for employees, ensuring proper emergency protocols and safe operating procedures are clearly understood. [1, 2]
- Incident Investigation: Lead thorough inquiries into workplace accidents or near-misses, analyze incident metrics, and develop preventive measures to avoid recurring issues. [1, 2]
- Policy Development: Design and adapt safety policies and procedures to fit the specific operational needs of the business. [1, 2]
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field. [1]
- Certifications: Valid professional qualifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) are highly preferred. [1, 2, 3]
- Skills: Strong understanding of risk assessment, data analysis, exceptional communication, and proven conflict-resolution and leadership abilities.
Pay: ₹18,355.16 - ₹75,000.00 per month
