We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to oversee sales, operations, administration, and team management at our training centre. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales and marketing, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales and operations team.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service.
- Coordinate with institutions and marketing teams.
- Manage daily centre operations.
- Monitor employee performance and training needs.
- Prepare reports and review business performance with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- B.Tech / M.Tech qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Centre Management or Sales.
- Experience in the IT training industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage operations independently.
Pay: ₹30,939.41 - ₹47,068.01 per month
