Position: B2B Sales Executive / Manager – Specialty Minerals

Location: As per requirement (Multi-location plants across India)
Job Purpose
Support the Purchase / Procurement team in end-to-end purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, consumables, and other operational requirements, ensuring timely availability at optimum cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in raising Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain updated records of purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and vendor communications.
- Track inventory levels and support in material planning to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams for smooth material flow and documentation.
- Verify invoices against POs and GRNs; resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain vendor database and support vendor evaluation / rate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.
- Handle basic documentation, filing, and MIS reports related to purchases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with Commerce / Science background.
- 1–4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Store coordination (preferably in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Minerals, or similar industry).
- Basic knowledge of purchase processes, inventory, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to ERP systems (preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
