Position Description:
10 + years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering — you have rebuilt a slow, fragile pipeline before and can show the outcome. Deep hands-on expertise in GitHub Actions (or equivalent); you write pipelines as production code, not YAML copy-paste. Strong grasp of dependency analysis — build graphs, artifact registries, incremental compilation, and test-impact analysis.
Proven experience designing automated rollback and blue-green or canary promotion strategies in a multi-tenant environment. Comfortable with Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), and policy-as-code – you can trace a change from Git commit to running workload. Communicates trade-offs clearly to both engineering teams and leadership; writes the design doc before writing the code
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Audited and instrumented the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline to identify bottlenecks, analyze stage dependencies, and improve pipeline visibility through comprehensive dependency mapping and performance metrics.
- Redesigned the CI/CD architecture by implementing parallel execution, incremental builds, intelligent caching, artifact promotion, and reproducible environments to accelerate build and deployment cycles.
- Engineered automated rollback capabilities across deployment pipelines, ensuring every promotion stage was fully reversible without manual intervention to minimize release risks and downtime.
- Enhanced pipeline resilience by implementing flaky test isolation, configurable retry mechanisms, circuit breakers for external dependencies, and proactive monitoring with automated alerts to maintain pipeline reliability.
- Established automated quality gates incorporating unit, smoke, security, and policy validation checks to prevent unsafe deployments while preserving fast feedback and deployment velocity.
- Developed reusable DevOps frameworks, Infrastructure-as-Code modules, and standardized CI/CD templates, while documenting architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and enabling seamless knowledge transfer to support long-term maintainability and team adoption.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must to Have:
Azure Devops Automation, Coding/scripting, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, Container, Argo CD, ConfigMap, Terraform, Control plane. DevOps Engineering,Python¸ Groovy, Containerization¸ Github
Good-to-Have Skills: Database, Sygnoz/NewRelic/Dynatrace, RDBMS understanding, Development/Automation background with proven work experience.
