We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with a strong focus on Payroll. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll implementations, a solid understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module with hands-on configuration and support experience
- Participate in end-to-end implementation cycles of Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and fast formulas
- Manage payroll processing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Perform payroll reconciliation and ensure accuracy of payroll results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other HCM modules
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve client queries
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislations
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a primary focus on Payroll
- Hands-on experience in payroll implementation and support
- Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle and processing
- Experience in payroll reconciliation and issue resolution
- Knowledge of at least one or more payroll legislations (e.g., India, US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, and Balances
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
