Most people in India struggle silently for years before they make one phone call about their mental health. When that call finally comes to Mibo, you are the one who answers it.
You listen. You understand. You guide them to the right psychiatrist or psychologist. A call that took them years to make becomes their first real step toward getting better, because of how you handled it.
This is not just a call centre job. This is healthcare, and it begins with you.
What your day looks like
- You answer first calls and WhatsApp messages from people looking for help
- You listen with patience, understand what is really going on, and guide them to the right expert
- You book consultations and help worried families take that first step
- You support our doctors whenever a caller needs urgent help

You will fit right in if you
- Hold an MSW or a Psychology degree. Freshers are welcome, and your fieldwork counts.
- Stay calm and kind when someone on the line is upset or in tears
- Speak English and Kannada. Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu is a lovely bonus.
- Believe, like we do, that helping someone reach care is itself social work

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Do you hold (or are you completing) an MSW or a degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field?
- Are you genuinely interested in building your career in mental health care?
- Are you comfortable speaking with people who are emotionally upset or in distress, and staying calm while you support them?
- This role involves both caring for callers and confidently helping them book consultations and services. Are you comfortable doing both?
- Can you speak fluently in English, Kannada and Hindi?
