ROLE OVERVIEW: The In-Store Sales In-charge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the jewellery showroom, managing sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling store-based promotions, and maintaining stock & inventory accuracy. This role is both customer-facing and operations-focused, requiring leadership skills along with customer centric approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences.
2. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
3. Supervise and guide a team of 2–3 sales associates.
4. Ensure team members follow sales, billing, and customer service protocols.
5. Implement and monitor in-store promotional activities to boost sales.
6. Ensure attractive display and upkeep of Jewellery counters and showcases.
7. Coordinate with management on marketing initiatives (digital & direct).
8. Monitor stock levels, arrange replenishments, and manage inward/outward movement of Jewellery.
9. Ensure accurate daily stock records, reconciliation, and reporting.
10. Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
