We are looking for an Education Counsellor to guide students and clients regarding educational courses, career opportunities, and admission processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling students, and supporting admission conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student records and counselling data
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops
Requirements:
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle student and parent interactions professionally
