We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for manufacturing machine parts with high precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit CNC programs for machining operations.
- Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Select proper cutting tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Set up CNC machines and ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Check finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machining problems and adjust programs when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of programs and production data.
