Project Site Engineer / Project Manager is required for a under construction project of Luxury Villa, s at Saligao, Goa.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in Construction of Luxury Villa.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, safety, and project costs.
- Verify BOQs, manage material planning, and certify contractor billing.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure seamless coordination of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP works.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
- Manage multiple ongoing project independently and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project execution.
- Experience in villa project and high-end residential projects preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction, RCC, Structural Works, and Interior Finishing.
- Experience in MEP coordination and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.
- Strong contractor, vendor, and workforce management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage site and meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
