- 10+ years of IT experience with strong background in solution architecture and system design
- Deep expertise in Python and building scalable enterprise-grade applications
- Hands-on experience designing GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry
- Strong experience with Copilot / Copilot Studio for enterprise AI assistant architecture
- Expertise in multi-agent orchestration and designing intelligent agent-based systems
- Experience defining end-to-end AI architecture (RAG, prompt design, embeddings, API layers)
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and production-grade AI solutions on Azure
- Strong experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and platforms
- Familiarity with vector databases, LLMOps, and AI governance frameworks
- Ability to work directly with customers, drive solutioning, and provide technical leadership
- Experience in guiding teams, conducting architecture reviews, and ensuring best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
