Your Role
- Be the first point of contact—create a premium, welcoming patient experience
- Handle inquiries, appointments, and walk-ins with clarity and confidence
- Understand patient concerns and guide them through consultation & treatment journey
- Coordinate with clinical team for smooth patient flow and follow-ups
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, and address patient doubts
- Build trust that improves case acceptance and retention
- Maintain records, billing coordination, and front desk operations
