Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content for digital and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing expertise, creative vision, and the ability to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.Sync footage with music, vows, and speeches for emotional storytelling
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, YouTube, advertisements, corporate films, and promotional content.
- Develop engaging visual stories by combining footage, graphics, music, sound effects, and animations.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, sound synchronization, and final rendering.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, typography, visual effects, transitions, and subtitles.
- Collaborate with directors, content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams throughout the production process.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Review edits, implement feedback, and ensure timely project completion.
- Mentor and guide junior video editors when required.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and technologies.Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Experience in editing commercials, social media content, YouTube videos, advertisements, corporate films, and branded campaigns.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced editing skills and creative storytelling.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Audition.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is preferred.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and basic animation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is an added advantage.
