Main Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, pillow covers, towels, and bathroom amenities.
- Perform deep cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces regularly.
- Refill guest supplies such as toiletries, water, tea/coffee items, and tissues.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the maintenance department.
- Handle laundry collection and coordinate with the laundry department.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials are used properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area, lobby, staircases, and common spaces.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
- Assist during high occupancy periods and support team operations.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of hotel cleaning procedures and guest service.
- Physically fit and able to stand or move for long hours.
