Purpose of the Role
The Dispatch Executive will support the Dispatch Team by managing bill dispatch operations and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of dispatch activities. The role is responsible for maintaining dispatch records, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and dispatch customer bills and related documents within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of bills.
- Track dispatched documents and maintain updated dispatch records and logs.
- Resolve dispatch-related queries by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and documentation standards.
- Monitor pending dispatches and follow up to avoid delays.
- Support the Dispatch Team in daily operational activities and process improvements.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports related to dispatch status and performance.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and billing information.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in dispatch, billing, logistics support, or operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/SAP systems (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
