Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive B2B lead generation, outbound sales, prospect qualification, and meeting scheduling. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying potential clients, engaging with decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline for professional service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, online research, and other prospecting channels.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, Directors, and Business Heads.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-up trackers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lead handover and sales support.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4.5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Experience interacting with senior decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
