Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Book Keeper to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the accounts department in smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain ledgers, cash books, and financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare GST/TDS-related data and coordinate with CA if required.
- Maintain payroll and employee reimbursement records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Book Keeper or Accounts Executive.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in office administration is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
