Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants,
and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain the recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate salary fitment and offer approvals.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment-related
documents.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Create engaging job advertisements using Canva and other approved design tools for
job posting
Publish and manage job postings across job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms,
and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with the Communications team, where required, to ensure recruitment
campaigns are aligned with the organization's branding.
Monitor the performance of job postings and recommend appropriate sourcing channels
to improve candidate reach and quality.
2. HR Operations & MIS
Prepare and maintain Recruitment MIS, HR dashboards, and monthly reports.
Generate reports on recruitment status, headcount, attrition, manpower, and other HR
metrics.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separation processes.
Coordinate induction programmes for new employees.
Assist in HR policy implementation and employee communication.
Ensure timely updating of HRMS and employee databases.
Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
3. IT & Administration Support
Maintain and update the IT Asset Register and administrative asset inventory.
Coordinate the issuance, transfer, and retrieval of IT assets during onboarding, internal
transfers, and employee exits.
Ensure proper documentation of asset handovers and maintain asset-related records.
Coordinate with IT and administrative vendors for procurement, repairs, AMC renewals,
maintenance, and facility-related services.
Monitor software licenses, office equipment, stationery, consumables, and other
administrative inventories.
Track IT support requests and coordinate timely resolution with vendors.
Support user account creation, email access, and system access for new employees.
Coordinate day-to-day office administration, including housekeeping, security, pantry,
office maintenance, and facility management.
Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, meetings, employee engagement
activities, training programmes, and organizational events.
Maintain vendor records, service agreements, purchase records, and administrative
documentation.
Conduct periodic verification of IT and office assets and prepare IT & Administration MIS
reports.
Coordinate with branch offices for IT, administrative, and facility-related requirement
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and HRMS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and MIS preparation.
Vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
Basic knowledge of IT asset management and office administration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
High level of confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field..
Experience
2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations, preferably with exposure to
Administration and IT Asset Management.
