Job Title: Back Office Executive
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Location: OP Road, Vadodara.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day mail communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Manage and organize company records, files, and data for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other business-related documents.
- Provide support to the management team in various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command over written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- Prior experience of 6 months – 1 year in a similar role.
