Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, manage operational activities, and build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and sales-closing capabilities with proven experience in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day sales and operational activities
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and key stakeholders
- Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations independently
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and client engagement activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Travel extensively as required for client meetings and business expansion
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or related industries
- Prior experience in a managerial or team-handling role preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Confident, professional, and target-driven personality
- Ability to independently manage clients and close business deals
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as required

- Strong network within the healthcare or medical industry
- Experience handling key accounts and institutional sales
- Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen and leadership qualities
- Prior experience in the Healthcare industry is highly preferred
