Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Architect to lead architectural design and execution activities from concept development through project completion.
The role involves design development, client coordination, consultant coordination, team leadership, drawing review, site support, and execution monitoring. The Senior Architect will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered with high standards of design quality, functionality, aesthetics, technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and constructability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept to execution.
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and design solutions.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate architectural solutions.
Coordinate effectively with clients throughout the design and execution stages.
Manage, guide, and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, by-laws, and regulations.
Review and approve drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other technical documents before issue.
Support project planning, design schedules, and timely delivery of design milestones.
Conduct site visits and monitor whether the approved design intent is being properly executed.
Identify and resolve design-related issues during construction.
Coordinate with the execution team to minimize site-level design conflicts and deviations.
Maintain high standards of architectural quality, aesthetics, functionality, and technical accuracy.
Support value engineering and practical design solutions within project budget constraints.
Contribute to design strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of architectural drawings and technical records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Valid professional registration/licence as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Good understanding of building regulations, by-laws, and technical standards.
- Experience in coordinating with structural and MEP consultants.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and documentation.

Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution preferred.
- Experience in handling projects independently, coordinating design teams, clients, consultants, and site execution teams will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
