We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – Website Growth who can lead performance marketing and growth initiatives to scale website traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Website Growth & Performance Marketing
- Drive traffic and revenue growth for the company’s D2C website through paid and organic channels
- Plan and manage campaigns across ** Ads, Ads, and other digital platforms
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers for the website
- Manage paid channels including search, display, social, and retargeting campaigns
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Improve website conversion through landing page optimization, A/B testing, and funnel improvements
- Work closely with design and tech teams to enhance user experience
SEO & Organic Growth
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings
- Manage content and on-page optimization
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using tools like ** and
- Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
Campaign Planning & Optimization
- Plan promotional campaigns and marketing calendars
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing for D2C websites
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRO
- Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing tools
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
