Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, introducing our exhibition stand services to potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Introduce company services and generate interest.
- Identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up on inquiries and existing leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Record call details and customer feedback accurately.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
