Our Organization is currently looking for an Admin Executive. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Minimum HS / Graduation
Salary: (11000 K – 15000 K)

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a record of visitors/calls and follow appropriate security procedures.
- Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.
- Organize office operations and processes, such as assisting with payroll, expense reports, handling correspondence, and supporting HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
- Proficiency using MS Office, MS EXCELL
- Personal Bike or Scooter
