Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day workshop operations
- Monitor technician productivity and vehicle turnaround time
- Ensure quality repairs and adherence to workshop SOPs
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and operations teams
- Maintain safety, inventory, and service standards
Requirements:
- Experience in automobile workshop operations preferred
- Strong technical and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
