Role Details
-Location: Visakhapatnam
- Salary: ₹12,000 to 15,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities
1. On Site Training & Construction Exposure - Hands-on exposure to live construction projects - Understanding various stages of construction execution - Exposure to excavation, plinth, structural, and finishing works - Site coordination and supervision practices - Understanding quality control and safety procedures
2. Material & Technical Understanding - Introduction to construction materials and specifications - Understanding BOQ (Bill of Quantities) - Understanding engineering drawings and project layouts - Exposure to construction methodologies and execution planning
3. Tendering & Estimation - Tender hunting and identification of upcoming projects - Understanding tender documents and eligibility criteria - Quantity Surveying (QS) - Cost estimation and rate analysis - BOQ analysis and tender preparation support
4. Procurement & Accounting - Procurement process understanding - Vendor coordination and material tracking - Purchase order and work order preparation - Basic accounting and billing documentation - Purchase tracking and cost monitoring
5. Documentation & Reporting - Preparation and maintenance of project documentation - Test reports and cube reports documentation - Approval letters and billing records - Daily and weekly progress tracking reports - Project MIS reporting and data management
6. Project Management & Inventory Management - Project planning and coordination - Progress monitoring and reporting - Inventory management and stock tracking - Coordination between site, procurement, and management teams - Exposure to practical project management systems
